Current Positions 

Occupational Therapist

ANOTHEN Community Care is currently growing our capacity to provide both NDIS and Aged Care clients quality and ongoing OT therapy. Our team of OTs work together to enhance the lives of our clients, while working with a multi discipline care team that puts the client in the driving seat of their supports and services. We have a senior therapist who provides supervises and guidance to our team of therapists and in the main mentor for new graduates. 

 

ANOTHEN Community Care is currently recruiting Occupational Therapists in the following areas: 

  • Western Australia - Perth Metro, Albany

  • NSW - Ballina, Bathurst, Blue Mountains, Campbelltown, Central Coast, Newcastle

  • QLD - Gold Coast, Brisbane North, Ipswich

Essential criteria:

  • Current Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) Registration as an Occupational Therapist. 

  • NDIS workers check

  • National Police check no more than 12-months-old  

  • Appropriate vaccination for your state 

Disability - Home Care Support Workers  

ANOTHEN Community Care is currently growing our capacity to provide Supports to individual NDIS participants. Our disability home care workers play a critical role in supporting individuals to achieve their goals. At ANOTHEN Community Care we do our best to match our support workers with our clients considering the clients preference, hobbies, interests and preferred community. If you are a support worker who wants to truly make a difference in the lives of other, we encourage you to apply. 

 

ANOTHEN Community Care is currently recruiting Disability Home Care Workers in the following areas: 

  • WA - Perth Metro North, Perth Metro South, Bunbury, Busselton, Geraldton, Collie  

  • NSW - Ballina, Bathurst, Blue Mountains, Campbelltown, Central Coast, Newcastle,

  • QLD - Gold Coast, Brisbane North, Ipswich

  • Minimum of a certificate III in Individual support or similar 

  • NDIS workers check

  • National Police check no more than 12-months-old  

  • Current First Aid and CPR 

  • Appropriate vaccination for your state 

  • Reliable car and current driver's license 

Disability - Support Mentors 

At ANOTHEN Community Care we have a growing national team who offer mentoring to NDIS participants. Our mentors provide the following supports under capacity building - Assistance with accommodation and tenancy obligations, Assistance in coordinating or managing life stages, transition and supports, Development of daily living and life skills, Community participation activities, Finding and keeping a job, etc.

Psychosocial Recovery Coach 

ANOTHEN Community Care is looking for psychosocial recovery coaches who are able to take a collaborative approach with their clients to provide quality and effective recovery plans. We look at recovery coaching as a journey, and it is our goal to support clients on their wellness pathway. We offer psychosocial recovery coaching in person and via telehealth. If you are looking for a provider that offer you support and professional development, who focuses on clients and not billable hours then we want to talk with you. 

 

ANOTHEN Community Care is currently recruiting psychosocial recovery coaches in the following areas: 

  • WA - Perth Metro North, Perth Metro South, Bunbury, Busselton, Geraldton, Collie  

  • NSW - Ballina, Bathurst, Blue Mountains, Sydney Metro Areas, Central Coast, Newcastle

  • QLD - Gold Coast, Brisbane North, Ipswich 

  • VIC - All metro areas

  • Minimum of Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work or Certificate IV in Mental Health 

  • NDIS workers check

  • National Police check no more than 12-months-old  

  • Current First Aid and CPR 

  • Appropriate vaccination for your state 

  • Reliable car and current driver's license 

Disability - Mental Health Support Workers 

At ANOTHEN Community Care believes that mental health support workers play an important role in an individual's support team. We are looking for new team members who have the following qualities: empathetic approach, ability to support clients to develop and implement coping strategies. If you are an experienced mental health support worker we would like to hear from you. As a mental health support worker, you will have access to other allied health care professionals in our team for ongoing supports and supervision.
