Our vision is to create micro-communities where people feel connected. To enable individuals to have a “tribe” to belong to and a support network that reaches beyond the day-to-day tasks. The overarching long-term vision is to have community hubs at the local community level which will provide a place where people can feel a true sense of belonging through a range of groups, social activities, support and community interaction.
