Our get active micro community is growing, providing you with exciting ways to get out of the house and get involved in social participation while trying new things.

We encourage you to take a look at the get active group and find some groups which suit your interest.

Get Active

Micro communities make up the building blocks of our social participation activities. Our GET ACTIVE micro communities meet in various locations, where you will have the opportunity to join in the conversation, develop new friendships and enjoy social connections.

When you join our cafe connection micro community, we will invoice your NDIS plan as follows:
Core – Assistance to Access Community, Social and Recreational Activities
OR
Capacity building – Increased social and community participation

To join our growing GET ACTIVE micro community please reach out for upcoming dates, locations and events. You will need to book a minimum of 3 hours and a maximum of 4 hours of supports for any of our GET ACTIVE participation events.

Walking Group

Our walking groups is for those who like an early morning walk in a local location. Walking is so much more fun with you are joined with others. Our weekly walking groups offer something for everyone.

We meet in the following locations: (Weekly)
