The company directors of ANOTHEN Community Care believes every person have the right to shine. With increasing challenges face by individuals who have barriers to the open employment the directors Peter and Judy have decided to create ANOTHEN Enterprises Pty Ltd, to help break down the barriers and stereotyping. 

ANOTHEN Enterprises Pty Ltd is a separate company from ANOTHEN Community Care!

 

ANOTHEN Enterprises creates open employment opportunities for people who have a desire to enter the workforce and gain fair employment opportunities. This initiative is designed to create profitable enterprises to support individual to achieve their career goals which have a culture of we all have the ability to shine. 

 

As ANOTHEN Enterprises grow so does our capacity to create greater jobs and support individuals have career pathways to employment focused on abilities, with strong HR foundations which enables customised workforce plans to cater for ongoing needs depending on the business structure and composition.

How can we help you with work?
Our HR manager will meet up and discuss your desired career pathway, this is called a discover meeting to see if we have the capacity to help you with a position now or in the near future. During this meeting our HR manager will get to know you and what you are looking for, the discussion will include the following topics: 

• What work are you looking for 

• What are your interests 

• What are you good at 

• Have you worked in the past 

• Who else supports you 

• What are your qualifications or what would you like to study 

 

After the meeting the HR manager will take the information back to our team and discuss any possible upcoming opportunities for you. We will then email you with suggestions and our capacity to support you.
