Ballajura Day Centre
Our Ballajura day center is held in the Ballajura Baptist church, 7 Townsend Street Malaga Western Australia. The venue is low level and wheelchair accessible, with a disability toilet. Our Ballajura team is equipped and have the relevant skills and training for assisting you with medications and other high needs.

Regular Group Activities Include
Our Ballajura centre offers various group activities during the week and school holidays. Each activity enables you to bring your own support worker and fees can be charged to your plan depending on the supports and goals you have in your plan. You are required to book for these activities as we have limited number in each session for maximum benefits to participants. Our weekly scheduled group activities include:

Monday's - 9:30 am to 11:00 am - cooking classes

Monday's - 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm - paper craft workshops

Wednesday's - 9:30 am to 11:00 am - recycled craft

Wednesday's - 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm - creating with wood

Friday's - 9:30 am to 11:00 am - mixed media art

Friday's - 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm - fun Friday afternoon

Regular Social Meet Ups
Our regular social meet ups are a great place to come and meet new people, it is important to understand that we do not provide supports for the social meet ups and you will need to be your support worker with you. These are free meet ups and there is a tea and coffee station available for you to make your own beverages. Please note food is not provided. If you want to stay for lunch, please bring your own packed lunch or purchase your lunch from a local lunch bar in the area. It is important to understand that these are not classes or workshops.
Social Meet ups include the following interests' groups:

Knitters & Crochet Mondays - 10:00 am to 12:00 Midday this group is for those who like to knit/crochet - bring your own project to do while you chat and a cuppa together.

Playing Cards Wednesday - 10:00 am to 12:00 Midday - come and play cards with a group of people, this is a great meet up for those who want to connect through the common interests of card games.

Board Game Friday = 10:00 am to 12:00 Midday - we have a lot of board games to choose from, come and join in meet new people, it is a fun way to spend a Friday morning.

Individual 1:1 Skill Development:
Our 1:1 individual skill development activities are designed to meet individual need and goals in your NDIS support plan. We have a growing network of highly skilled facilitators, mentors and coaches to assist you in the following skill development:

Cricut/Brother Scan and Cut Classes - beginners, intermediate and advance sessions

Sewing classes - beginners, intermediate and advance sessions

LLN program - ANOTHEN is a member of the Australian LLN council and our team of LLN tutors are ready to work with you to meet your desired LLN needs.

Micro business mentoring - let us support you at each stage of your micro business with experienced business mentors, tour micro business can become a reality.

Interpersonal skills development - our team can support you to develop skills in - communication, interaction with others, schedules and routines, empathy, emotional intelligence, conflict resolution negotiation ect.

Workplace skills - we have the capacity to provide you with a simulated workplace to develop essential skills for work.
